The invention provides a control method and device for an electromechanical composite transmission system of a tracked vehicle. Based on current system state parameters of a vehicle and a pre-constructed demand power prediction model, a required power value at each moment in the prediction time domain is obtained, the conditions in which the output power of the engine is under the optimal workingcurve of the engine and the system cost under the current road surface type is the minimum are used as constraint conditions, the power prediction model is solved, the optimal output power of the engine and the optimal output power of the battery at each moment in the prediction time domain are obtained. As the power prediction model is pre-constructed by taking SOC as a state variable, taking therotating speed and the torque of the engine as controlled variables, taking the required power as an interference variable and taking the SOC, the output power of the battery and the fuel consumptionrate of the engine as output variables, the power prediction considers the influence of different road surface types on the system cost and the output power of the engine on the optimal working curveof the engine, so that the fuel economy is improved on the basis of ensuring the working performance of the whole vehicle.

    本发明提供了一种履带车辆机电复合传动系统的控制方法及装置,基于车辆当前系统状态参数与预先构建的需求功率预测模型,得到预测时域内各个时刻的需求功率值,以发动机的输出功率在发动机最优工作曲线且当前路面类型下系统成本最小为约束条件,求解功率预测模型,得到预测时域内各个时刻的发动机最优输出功率和电池最优输出功率,其中,由于功率预测模型是以SOC为状态变量、以发动机的转速和转矩为控制量、以需求功率为干扰变量、以SOC、电池的输出功率和发动机的燃油消耗率为输出变量预先构造的,功率预测考虑了不同路面类型对系统成本的影响以及发动机输出功率在发动机最优工作曲线上,在保证整车工作性能的基础上提高燃油经济性。
