The invention provides an animal road crossing automatic monitoring device and method based on roadside laser radar. The animal road crossing automatic monitoring device comprises a mobile system, a monitoring system, a control system and an early warning system, the moving system comprises a trailer mechanism and a vehicle body adopting a single-shaft double-wheel set, the trailer mechanism is connected with one end of the vehicle body, and the vehicle body is further connected with a telescopic supporting mechanism; the monitoring system comprises a mounting rod and a monitoring device connected with the mounting rod; the mounting rod is a telescopic rod, and the bottom of the mounting rod is hinged to the vehicle body; the monitoring device comprises a laser radar, the laser radar is used for monitoring the animal state and transmitting monitoring data to the control system, and the control system controls the early warning system to provide warning; the installation height of the laser radar is adjustable and the installation process is convenient; the maneuverability of the device is improved, the stability of the device is good, the road crossing behavior of the animal can beautomatically monitored and recognized, and early warning is generated.

    本发明提供了一种基于路侧激光雷达的动物穿越公路自动监测设备及方法,包括:移动系统,和与移动系统连接的监测系统、控制系统和预警系统;所述移动系统包括拖车机构和采用单轴双轮组的车体,拖车机构与车体的一端连接,车体还与可伸缩的支撑机构连接;监测系统包括安装杆,和与安装杆连接的监测装置;所述安装杆为伸缩杆,安装杆的底部与车体铰接;监测装置包括激光雷达,激光雷达用于监测动物状态,并将监测数据传输至控制系统,控制系统控制预警系统提供警示;激光雷达安装高度可调且安装过程便利;提高了设备的机动性且设备稳固性较好,能够自动监测及识别动物的穿越行为并且给出预警。
