The situation that in the prior art, the unmanned vehicle can only carry out emergency braking on the traffic participants appearing in the roadside blind area, but the collision risk cannot be avoided can be avoided; and by judging the collision risk of the traffic participant and the unmanned vehicle in the roadside blind area, the unmanned vehicle is controlled to decelerate in advance, and safe driving of the unmanned vehicle is realized.
