The invention provides a lifting mechanism control circuit based on frequency converter over-frequency technology. The lifting mechanism control circuit based on the frequency converter over-frequencytechnology comprises a frequency converter, a lifting brake, a lifting motor, and an over-frequency selection switch; the frequency converter is equipped with a logic input terminal; the lifting brake is connected to the power input end of the frequency converter through a brake contactor; the lifting motor is connected to the output end of the frequency converter; and the over-frequency selection switch is connected to the logic input terminal. The invention utilizes the over-frequency characteristic of the frequency converter to take into account the light-load and high-speed descent function while meeting the requirements of conventional hoisting to achieve the purpose of quenching, and no descent acceleration and braking system is required to be installed; and therefore, the structureis optimized, and materials are reduced.

    本发明提供一种基于变频器超频技术的起升机构控制电路,包括:变频器,所述变频器具有逻辑输入端;起升制动器,所述起升制动器通过制动接触器与所述变频器的电源输入端连接;起升电动机,所述起升电动机与所述变频器的输出端连接;超频选择开关,所述超频选择开关与所述逻辑输入端连接;本发明利用变频器超频特性,能在满足常规吊运的同时兼顾轻载高速下降的功能以达淬火目的,而无需再装一套下降加速与制动系统,优化了结构,减少用材。
