The invention discloses a wheel for driving on a complex road surface. The wheel comprises a circular hub and a plurality of elastic unit wheels are radially arranged on the periphery of the circularhub relative to the center. Each elastic unit wheel comprises a piston cylinder, a connecting rod and a unit rubber tread body; a piston cavity is formed in a cylinder body of the piston cylinder, a piston is arranged in the piston cavity to divide the piston cavity into an inner cavity and an outer cavity, an air outlet hole is formed in the inner end of the inner cavity, and the opening degree of the air outlet hole is adjusted through a plugging device. The connecting rod comprises a straight rod and a connecting plate, the rear end of the straight rod extends into the piston cylinder to befixedly connected with the piston, and the inner end and the outer end of the piston are provided with reset springs respectively to enable the piston and the piston cavity to form a movable fit relation. The unit rubber tread bodies are installed on the outer end faces of the connecting plates. On the basis of the wheel designed by the invention, the elastic unit wheel can be adjusted dynamically in real time according to the road surface condition; and the wheel has the characteristics of good balance, high stability and strong adaptability, and is particularly suitable for driving on a complex road surface.
