The invention relates to a traffic intersection object flow statistics method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps: obtaining a to-be-processed video corresponding to a traffic intersection, and extracting a current image frame from the to-be-processed video; obtaining a target object determined by a previous image frame; judging whether a tracking object corresponding to the target object exists in the current image frame or not; when the tracking object corresponding to the target object does not exist in the current image frame, acquiring a direction judgment frame corresponding to the target object from the processed image frame, and acquiring the motion direction of the target object according to the direction judgment frame; and countingthe number of the target objects corresponding to each motion direction in a preset time period to obtain the object flow of the traffic intersection. By adopting the method, the intelligent level ofintersection object flow counting can be improved.
