The invention discloses a tower crane control device and relates to engineering machinery. The tower crane control device comprises a shell and a plurality of relays; a circuit board is arranged in the shell, a plurality of interfaces are arranged on the shell, and a clamping groove is formed in the inner wall of each interface; a plug terminal in connection with the circuit board is arranged at the bottom of each interface, and two elastic sheets are respectively arranged on the two sides of the inner wall of each plug terminal; two insertion pieces are arranged at the bottom of each relay, and a groove is formed at the bottom of each insertion piece; each relay is plug connected in the interface through two plug connection structures, and each plug connection structure comprises a plug connection rod, a sliding rail and a push rod; the plug connection rods are respectively arranged on one side of the bottoms of the relays, and a clamping block is arranged on the side, close to the interface, of the bottom of each plug connection rod; the sliding rails are arranged at the bottoms of the relays and extend towards one side of each plug connection rod; pulleys in sliding connection with the sliding rails are arranged on the sliding rails; and one end of each push rod is arranged on the pulley, and the other end of the push rod extends out to the side in a direction where the plugconnection rod is located. The tower crane control device has the advantages of small volume, clear wiring and convenience for maintenance.

    本发明公开了一种塔机控制装置,涉及工程机械。包括:壳体,内部设有一电路板,壳体上设置有若干接口,接口的内壁上设有一卡槽;接口底部设置有连接电路板的一插拔端子,插拔端子的内壁两侧分别设置有两弹片;若干继电器,底部设置有两插片,每个插片底部设有凹槽;每个继电器分别通过两插接结构插接在接口中,插接结构包括:插接杆,分别设在继电器底部的一侧,底部靠近接口的一侧设有卡块;滑轨,设置在继电器底部,并向插接杆一侧延伸;滑轨上设置有一与滑轨滑动连接的滑轮;推杆,推杆一端设置在滑轮上,另一端向插接杆所在的方向一侧伸出。具有以下有益效果:具有体积小、接线明了、维修方便等特点。
