The invention discloses a method for stably controlling a rotating mechanism of a tower crane. A frequency converter controls a frequency conversion motor for controlling the tower crane, and a slopeconversion module generates a step speed command omega ref into a speed command omega cmd which changes according to a preset slope; a torque motor torque function generation module generates a firsttorque command Tcmd1 by using a torque motor torque function; an eddy current brake torque function generation module generates a second torque command Tcmd2 by utilizing an eddy current brake torquefunction; a torque synthesis module receives the first torque command Tcmd1, the second torque command Tcmd2 and a rotation speed direction signal input by a rotation speed direction judgment module to generate a torque synthesis command Tcmd3; and the torque synthesis command Tcmd3 is used as a torque control loop of the frequency converter to drive the frequency conversion motor of the tower crane. According to the method, the rotating mechanism of the tower crane can be started, the braking is stable, the integral acceleration and deceleration time is short, and the working efficiency is high.

    本发明公开了一种平稳控制塔式起重机回转机构的方法,变频器控制控制塔式起重机的变频电机,斜坡转换模块将阶跃式速度命令ω生成按照预先设定的斜率变化的速度指令ω;力矩电机转矩函数发生模块利用力矩电机转矩函数生成第一转矩命令T;涡流制动器转矩函数发生模块利用涡流制动器转矩函数生成第二转矩命令T;转矩合成模块接收第一转矩命令T、第二转矩命令T和转速方向判断模块的输入的转速方向信号生成转矩合成命令T;将转矩合成命令T作为变频器的转矩控制环驱动塔式起重机变频电机。本发明能够使塔式起重机的回转机构启动、制动平稳且整体加减速时间短,工作效率高。
