The invention discloses a walking system of a self-adaptive curved surface track. The walking system comprises a base, a connecting plate and a walking assembly, the base can bear automatic equipment,the base is rotatably connected with the connecting plate, the walking assembly is arranged at the bottom of the base and the bottom of the connecting plate, the walking assembly is matched with thecurved surface rail, and the walking assembly can drive the base and the connecting plate to move along the rail. According to the walking system of the self-adaptive curved surface track, the automatic equipment is installed on the base, and when the equipment walks on the curved surface, the relative angle between the connecting plate and the base can be changed along with the change of the track, so that the purpose that the automatic equipment continuously walks on the curved surface is achieved, and the machining efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开一种自适应曲面轨道的行走系统,包括底座、连接板和行走组件,底座能够承载自动化设备,底座与连接板转动连接,底座和连接板的底部均设置行走组件,行走组件与曲面轨道相适配,行走组件能够带动底座、连接板沿轨道运动。运用本发明的自适应曲面轨道的行走系统,将自动化设备安装在底座上,当设备在曲面上行走时,连接板与底座之间的相对角度会随着轨道的变化而改变,使自动化设备达到在曲面连续行走的目的,提高加工效率。
