The invention discloses a method and device for determining the driving state of a driver. The method comprises the steps of acquiring a target signal output by a target sensor; converting the targetsignal into a frequency signal to obtain a breathing signal of the driver; determining the driving state of the driver according to the breathing signal of the driver, wherein the target sensor is a first sensor installed on a safety belt guide ring of the vehicle, and/or a second sensor installed on a safety belt spring bolt of the vehicle. As the breathing signal of the driver can reflect the fatigue condition and the health condition of the driver, whether the driving state of the driver is fatigue driving or sick driving or not can be determined according to the breathing signal of the driver. Besides, the sensor is integrated on the safety belt, so that the cost is low, and the driving state of the driver can be analyzed.
本申请公开了一种确定驾驶员驾驶状态的方法及装置,包括:获取目标传感器输出的目标信号;将所述目标信号转换为频率信号,得到驾驶员的呼吸信号;根据驾驶员的呼吸信号,确定驾驶员的驾驶状态;其中:所述目标传感器为车辆的安全带导向环上安装的第一传感器,和/或,所述车辆的安全带锁舌上安装的第二传感器。由于驾驶员的呼吸信号可以体现驾驶员的疲劳状况以及健康状况,因此根据驾驶员的呼吸信号可以确定驾驶员的驾驶状态是否为疲劳驾驶以及是否为带病驾驶。另外,在安全带上集成传感器,不仅成本低,而且可以分析驾驶员的驾驶状态。
