The invention discloses a pallet fork control method. An output shaft of a drive motor is sleeved with a coded disc coaxial with a drive sprocket. A plurality of gaps evenly distributed in the circumference are formed in the edge of the coded disc. A proximity switch is oppositely installed on the coded disc. A neutral-position left detection switch, a left in-place detection switch, a right in-place detection switch and a neutral-position right detection switch are installed on a lower fork body. The neutral-position left detection switch and the neutral-position right detection switch are symmetrically installed along the transverse center line of the lower fork body. The distance between the left in-place detection switch and the transverse center line of the lower fork body is equal tothat between the right in-place detection switch and the transverse center line of the lower fork body. A right in-place detection block, a neutral-position detection bar and a left in-place detection block are installed on a middle fork body. The distance between the right in-place detection block and the transverse center line of the middle fork body is equal to that between the left in-place detection block and the transverse center line of the middle fork body. The transverse center line of the neutral-position detection bar coincides with the transverse center line of the middle fork body. Detection signals of the proximity switch form signal sets with intervals due to the fact that the signals are shielded by the coded disc. The fork discharging speed and the fork stretching lengthcan be calculated according to the interval time and the interval number in the signal sets.

    本发明所述货叉控制方法,是在驱动电机输出轴上、与驱动链轮同轴地套设一码盘,码盘的边缘带有数个沿圆周均匀分布的缺口;在码盘对向安装接近开关;在下叉叉体上,安装中位左检测开关、左到位检测开关、右到位检测开关和中位右检测开关;中位左检测开关与中位右检测开关沿下叉叉体的横向中心线对称地安装,左到位检测开关、右到位检测开关与下叉叉体的横向中心线的距离相等;在中叉叉体上,安装右到位检测块、中位检测条和左到位检测块;右到位检测块、左到位检测块与中叉叉体的横向中心线的距离相等;中位检测条的横向中心线与中叉叉体的横向中心线重合。接近开关的检测信号因被码盘遮挡而形成带有间隔的信号组,通过信号组中间隔数量与间隔时间计算得到如下出叉速度与伸叉长度。
