The invention provides a voltage control method for a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle with low power demand. The method comprises the following steps: A, if the current gear is a P/N gear, entering step B,and if not, ending; B, if the current output power of a hydrogen fuel cell is smaller than or equal to xi, entering step C, and if not, ending; C, if the current SOC of a secondary cell is greater than or equal to a threshold alpha, entering step D, and if not, ending; D, accumulating the gear maintaining time; E, when the accumulated time is greater than or equal to epsilon, entering step F, andif not, returning to the step B; F, reducing the voltage of the hydrogen fuel cell to U1 according to a fixed slope a, and then entering step G; and G, reducing the voltage of the hydrogen fuel cellto U2 according to the variable slope b. The hydrogen fuel cell has the following advantages: by controlling the voltage when the output power of the hydrogen fuel cell is small, the hydrogen injection amount can be reduced, then the DCDC starting frequency is reduced, the overall working efficiency of the fuel cell is improved, meanwhile, decay of a catalyst can be slowed down, and the service life of the hydrogen fuel cell is prolonged.

    本发明提供了一种氢燃料电池汽车功率需求较小时电压控制方法,包括:A.如果当前挡位为P/N挡时,进入步骤B,否则结束;B.如果当前氢燃料电池输出功率小或等于ξ时,则进入步骤C,否则结束;C.如果当前二次电池SOC大于等于阈值α时,则进入步骤D,否则结束;D.对挡位维持时间进行累积;E.当累积时间大于或等于ε时,进入步骤F,否则返回步骤B;F.氢燃料电池电压按照定斜率a下降至U1,之后进入步骤G;G.氢燃料电池电压按照变斜率b下降至U2。本发明有益效果:通过对氢燃料电池输出功率较小时的电压进行控制,可以降低氢的喷射量,进而减少DCDC启动频次,提高燃料电池整体的工作效率,同时可以减缓催化剂的衰变,延长氢燃料电池的使用寿命。
