The forklift structurally comprises a brake wheel cylinder, a brake drum, friction plates, brake shoes and an early warning structure, wherein the brake shoes are separately arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the interior of the brake drum; the friction plates are arranged between the brake drum and the brake shoes, and the friction plates are attached to the brake shoes; pistons at two ends of the brake wheel cylinder are respectively matched with the two brake shoes; the middle of the brake wheel cylinder isconnected with the early warning structure; the early warning structure comprises a connecting pipe, a fixed cylinder, a bearing and a movable cylinder; and one end of the fixed cylinder communicateswith the brake wheel cylinder. The forklift with the automatic braking function has the beneficial effects that through the rotary connection of the fixed cylinder and the movable cylinder, pressureis transmitted in a segmented mode, the forklift can steer and rotate conveniently, and the early warning structure is prevented from being broken; and the early warning structure adopts a mechanicaltransmission method for early warning, so that a vehicle is braked automatically, maintenance is more convenient, electric power is not needed, and electric quantity is saved.
