The invention discloses an electronic braking system for a forklift, and relates to the technical field of forklift operation control. The electronic braking system comprises a power device installedon a fixed support and driven and controlled by an electronic controller and a brake main pump installed on one side of the fixed support. The output end of the power device is connected with an electronic push rod. One side of the electronic push rod is matched and connected with the brake main pump. The brake main pump is connected with a plurality of brake connecting oil pipes. By sensing and monitoring the forklift state information and the driving state of the forklift and the state information of the vehicle surrounding environment, outputting efficient brake information to be fed back to the brake control power device and outputting corresponding brake pressure/force to all brake auxiliary pumps through the brake main pump, the driving braking actions of the forklift are completed with pertinence, the misjudgment/judgment omission caused by manual intervention is avoided, the force-adjustable stable braking can be efficiently performed, and the cargo collapse caused by sudden braking and other actions under the cargo carrying conditions is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种叉车用电子刹车系统,涉及叉车作业操控技术领域。本发明中:包括安装在固定支架上的受电子控制器驱动控制的动力装置;动力装置的输出端连接有电子推杆;包括安装在固定支架一侧的制动总泵;电子推杆的一侧与制动总泵配合连接;制动总泵上连接有若干制动连接油管。本发明通过对叉车本身的叉货状态信息以及行车状态、车身周围环境状态信息进行传感监测,输出高效的制动信息反馈给制动控制动力装置,并由制动总泵输出相应的制动压力/力度给各个制动分泵,由针对性的完成叉车行车刹车动作,避免人工介入导致的误判/失判,能够高效的进行力度可调的平稳刹车,避免载货情况下的急刹等动作导致的货物倾倒。
