The invention discloses a rescue winch speed change device which comprises a fixing shaft base, a rope take-up cylinder, a power shaft and a speed reducing gear set. The rope take-up cylinder is arranged on the fixing shaft base in a coaxial rotating and sleeving manner. An installing cavity used for containing and installing the speed reducing gear set is formed in the fixing shaft base. An installing hole arranged along the axis is formed in the fixing shaft base. The power shaft is connected into the installing hole in a connecting manner. An inner gear is arranged on the rope take-up cylinder. The input end and the output end of the speed reducing gear set are in transmission connection with the power shaft and the inner gear on the rope take-up cylinder. In the using process, externalpower drives the power shaft, and the power shaft drives the inner gear on the rope take-up cylinder to rotate through the speed reducing gear set. As the power shaft, the speed reducing gear set andthe inner gear are located in the rope take-up cylinder, the exterior cannot make contact with the speed reducing gear set and the inner gear, and the structure is more compact. Compared with the prior art, the speed reducing gear set is arranged in the installing cavity of the fixing shaft base, and thus the structure of a winch is more compact.
本发明公开一种救援绞盘变速装置,包括固定轴座、收绳筒、动力轴和减速齿轮组;收绳筒同轴转动套设在固定轴座上;固定轴座内形成有用于容纳安装减速齿轮组的安装腔;固定轴座上设置有沿轴线设置的安装孔,动力轴转动连接在安装孔内;收绳筒上设置有内齿轮;减速齿轮组的输入端与输出端分别与动力轴和收绳筒上的内齿轮传动连接。使用时,外部动力驱动动力轴,动力轴再通过减速齿轮组驱动收绳筒上的内齿轮转动;由于动力轴和减速齿轮组和内齿轮均位于收绳筒的内部,外部接触不到减速齿轮组和内齿轮,结构更加紧凑。与现有技术相比,本发明通过将减速齿轮组设置在固定轴座的安装腔内,使得绞盘的结构更加紧凑。
