The stepless speed change mechanism is mainly composed of an input shaft, an eccentric bearing cam plate, a one-way bearing cam plate and a driven shaft. The reversing mechanism is mainly composed of a driving gear, a driven gear, a sun gear, a planet gear, a reversing gear and an output shaft. The stepless speed change mechanism is scientific in structure, safe, reliable, excellent in effect and mainly used for a motorized winch, continuous speed change can be achieved through the stepless speed change mechanism, the output rotating speed is stable, different gearboxes can be configured according to the needed speed and torque, and the application range is wide; the reversing mechanism can achieve forward and reverse rotation switching, no neutral gear or clutch limitation exists in the middle, the designed self-locking structure overcomes the defects that an existing motorized winching gearbox slips in a braking mode, and gear shifting and speed changing operation is inconvenient, and the operation performance, the control precision and the operation safety and stability are improved.

    本发明公开了一种机动绞磨无级变速装置,主要包括机箱及其内的无级变速机构和倒顺机构,无级变速机构连接倒顺机构;无级变速机构主要由输入轴、偏心轴承凸轮板、单向轴承凸轮板、从动轴组成;倒顺机构主要由主动齿轮、从动齿轮、太阳轮、行星轮、倒顺齿轮、输出轴组成。本发明结构科学、安全可靠、效果优良,主要用于主要用于机动绞磨,其中,无级变速机构能够实行连续变速且输出转速稳定,可根据需要速度及扭矩配置不同的变速箱,适用范围较广;倒顺机构可以实现正反转切换且中间没有空挡和离合局限,而且设计的自锁结构克服了现有机动绞磨变速箱刹车打滑、换挡和变速操作不便的缺陷,提高了操作性能、控制精度及运行的安全性和稳定性。
