The invention provides a swing damping buffer mechanism for an engineering mechanical gripper. The swing damping buffer mechanism comprises a connector, a connecting rack, a cam, a concave wheel, a butterfly spring, a gland, a connecting hinge pin, a bolt and nuts, wherein the connector and the connecting rack are connected through the connecting hinge pin; the cam, the concave wheel, the butterfly spring, the gland and the nuts are sequentially mounted on one side of the connecting hinge pin; a connecting shifting fork on the cam is connected with a notch of the connecting rack, one side of the connecting hinge pin is screwed by a big nut and then is fixed by the bolt and a small nut; a gripper part is mounted at the lower part of the connector, and an auxiliary arm is mounted at the upper part of the connecting rack; and when the gripper operates under the normal condition, the gripper can swing left and right substantially, control for the accurate position of discharging is difficult, after the mechanism is mounted, when the gripper has a swing tendency, the shifting fork of the cam is connected with the connecting rack, the gripper can be prevented from swinging left and ring,and the cam, the concave wheel and the butterfly spring can have a damping buffer effect. The mechanism is simple in structure and convenient to mount and can effectively control the gripper to swingleft and right, thereby controlling the accurate position of gripping and discharging better.
一种工程机械抓具用摆动阻尼缓冲机构,由连接头、连接架、凸轮、凹轮、蝶形弹簧、压盖、连接销轴、螺栓、螺母等组成。连接头与连接架通过连接销轴连接;连杆销轴一侧依次安装凸轮、凹轮、蝶形弹簧、压盖及螺母等;凹轮上连接拨叉与连接架缺口相连,连接销轴一侧用大螺母拧紧,然后用螺栓及小螺母固定;连接头下部安装抓具部分,连接架上部安装副臂;正常情况下抓具作业时,抓具会有很大的左右摆动,很难控制放料精确位置,安装此机构后,当抓具有摆动趋势时,凸轮拨叉与连接架相连,可阻止其左右摆动且凸轮、凹轮、蝶形弹簧可起到阻尼缓冲作用。所述机构结构简单,安装方便,且能有效控制抓具左右摆动,从而能更好的控制抓取放料精确位置。
