The invention provides a mechanical automatic locking device between a lifting appliance and a skid. The device comprises a stand column and a locking fulcrum; the locking fulcrum comprises a liftingappliance connecting piece, a locking hook and a counterweight device; the locking hook comprises a first connecting part, a hook part and a second connecting part, wherein the lower end of the firstconnecting part is rotationally connected with one side of the lifting appliance connecting piece, the hook part is fixedly connected to the upper end of the first connecting part, the second connecting part is arranged on one side of the first connecting part, the first end of the second connecting part is fixedly connected with the lower end of the first connecting part, and the second end of the second connecting part is fixedly connected with the counterweight device; and a groove is formed in the top end of the lifting appliance connecting piece, and when the lifting appliance ascends, the side, away from the first connecting part, of the hook part is locked with one side of the groove in a matched mode under the gravity effect of the counterweight device. According to the device, automatic locking on the lifting appliance is achieved, manual locking is thoroughly replaced, a locking structure is of a purely mechanical structure, the structure is simple, the operation is reliable,no energy is consumed in the using process, and the device manufacturing cost and the labor cost can be greatly saved through the device.

    本发明提供了一种吊具及滑橇之间的机械式自动锁紧装置,包括:立柱;锁紧支点,包括:吊具连接件、锁紧挂钩和配重装置;锁紧挂钩包括:第一连接部,第一连接部下端与吊具连接件一侧转动连接;钩部,固定连接在所述第一连接部上端;第二连接部,设置在第一连接部一侧,所述第二连接部第一端与所述第一连接部下端固定连接,第二连接部第二端固定连接所述配重装置;吊具连接件顶端设置凹槽,吊具上升时,在配重装置的重力作用下,钩部远离第一连接部的一侧与所述凹槽一侧配合锁紧。本发明实现吊具自动锁紧,彻底代替人工手动锁紧,且锁紧结构为纯机械式结构,结构简单运转可靠,使用过程无能源消耗,使用本产品可大大节约设备造价及人力成本。
