The invention relates to the technical field of civil air defense door production, and provides a hoisting mechanism for the civil air defense door production. The hoisting mechanism for the civil air defense door production is particularly suitable for the production and the assembly of a civil air defense door, and has high social use value and application prospect.

    本发明涉及人防门生产技术领域,提供一种人防门生产用吊装机构,旨在解决传统的装配为人工装配,对于重量极大的门框和门扇装配需要花费极多的人力和设备进行辅助吊装移动和拼装,不仅装配耗时长,且装配效率低的问题,包括竖向设置的门扇,所述门扇的下部设有门扇定位机构,门扇的上方设有用于装配的门框,且门框通过门框吊装机构安装在工字型钢构横梁的下端;所述门框吊装机构包括包括用于吊装门框的电磁吸盘,电磁吸盘的上端连接有吊索,且吊索的上端缠绕在绞盘上,绞盘通过转动架安装在旋转板的下端一侧,绞盘安装在卷扬电机的输出端上。本发明尤其适用于人防门的生产装配,具有较高的社会使用价值和应用前景。
