An oil cylinder is fixedly installed on the bottom end of inside of the elevator frame, and two sides of the oil cylinder are fixedly connected with oil delivery pipes, the other ends of the oil delivery pipes are inserted in oil storage pipes, an oil pushing plate is arranged in the oil cylinder, a pressing rod is fixedly installed on theouter surface of the oil pushing plate, and a pressing plate is fixedly welded to the outer surface of the top end of the pressing rod. Through a shock-absorbing buffer structure, when the elevator body fails to fall to the pressing plate, the falling force can be transmitted to a reset spring through the pressing plate, so that the reset spring is deformed for shock absorbing and buffering, andthe pressing plate drives the pressing rod to move downwards, the pressing rod drives the oil pushing plate to squeeze the oil inside the oil cylinder, tthe oil circulates to insides of the oil storage pipes on two sides, the work of shock absorbing can be completed, the shock absorbing effect is better, and the stability is better.
本发明公开了一种无基坑电梯的层层缓冲机构,包括电梯框架、滑轨、电梯本体和驱动电机,所述电梯框架的内部底端固定安装有油缸,所述油缸的两侧皆固定连接有输油管,所述输油管的另一端插设于储油管的内部,所述油缸的内部设置有推油板,所述推油板的外表面固定安装有下压杆,所述下压杆的顶端外表面固定焊接有下压板。本发明通过其减震缓冲结构可以在电梯本体故障坠落到下压板上时,通过下压板将坠落的力传导给复位弹簧,使其复位弹簧产生形变进行减震缓冲,且下压板也会带动下压杆进行下移,使其下压杆带动推油板挤压油缸内部的油,使其油流通到两侧的储油管内部,这样即可完成减震的工作,减震的效果更好,稳定性更佳。
