The invention discloses a passive on-orbit docking device for a space antenna module. The passive on-orbit docking device comprises a docking female head, a docking male head, a sliding plug pin, a wedge-shaped limiting ring, a pressing sliding block, a pressing push rod, a pressing connecting rod, a cylindrical pin, a limiting spring, a pre-tension spring and a pre-pressing spring, wherein the pressing sliding block, the pressing push rod, the pressing connecting rod and the cylindrical pin form a locking mechanism. According to the passive on-orbit docking device for the space antenna moduleprovided by the invention, on-orbit docking of the space antenna module can be realized. The invention discloses a passive on-orbit docking device for a space antenna module. A pre-compression springis used for driving a sliding bolt to be inserted into a docking female joint. And a pre-stretching spring and a locking mechanism are utilized, and locking of the sliding plug pin is achieved in aninternal triggering mode. Electric driving equipment and control equipment are not needed, the design is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, and high reliability is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种空间天线模块无源式在轨对接装置,包括:对接母头、对接公头、滑动插销、契形限位环、压紧滑块、压紧推杆、压紧连杆、圆柱销、限位弹簧、预拉弹簧及预压弹簧。其中压紧滑块、压紧推杆、压紧连杆、圆柱销、组成锁紧机构。本发明提供的空间天线模块无源式在轨对接装置,能够实现空间天线模块的在轨对接。空间天线模块无源式在轨对接装置,利用预压缩弹簧驱动滑动插销插入对接母头。并利用及预拉伸弹簧及锁紧机构,通过内部触发的方式实现滑动插销的锁紧。本发明无需电驱动设备及控制设备,设计简单、制造成本低,具有较高的可靠性。
