The invention discloses a motor jitter prevention control system of a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle. The motor jitter prevention control system comprises a vehicle control unit and a motor controller, the whole vehicle controller is used for judging whether the whole vehicle is under the drivable power supply voltage or not, and when the whole vehicle is under the drivable power supply voltage, the whole vehicle controller determines whether to enter a motor anti-shake preparation state or not according to the hand brake on-off state and the brake opening degree; in the motor anti-shake preparation state, the vehicle control unit judges the direction of the pre-tightening torque of the motor needing to be loaded and a transmission system of the motor according to the gear state, if the vehicle gear is a forward gear at the moment, a forward gear motor anti-shake strategy is executed, If the vehicle gear is a reverse gear at the moment, a reverse gear motor anti-shake strategy is executed;according to the method, the motor anti-jitter state entering recognition judgment logic is added, anti-jitter control is not carried out under the condition that anti-jitter control does not need tobe carried out, the energy utilization rate is improved, and unnecessary energy consumption is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种氢燃料电池汽车的防电机抖动控制系统,它包括整车控制器和电机控制器;所述整车控制器用于判定整车是否处于可行驶的动力电源电压下,当整车处于可行驶的动力电源电压下时,整车控制器根据手刹开关状态和刹车开度确定是否进入电机防抖准备状态;在电机防抖准备状态下整车控制器根据档位状态,判定需要加载的电机及其传动系统预紧力矩的方向,若此时整车档位为前进档,则执行前进档电机防抖策略,若此时整车档位为倒退档,则执行倒退档电机防抖策略;本发明增加电机防抖动状态进入识别判断逻辑,在不需要进入防抖控制情况下不进行防抖控制,不仅提升了能量利用率,避免不必要的能量消耗。
