The invention discloses a ship stem structure and a manufacturing method thereof and belongs to the technical field of ship construction. The ship stem structure comprises a hollow frame member; the frame member is formed by the enclosure of a left side outer plate, a right side outer plate, a rear transverse bulkhead plate, an upper sealing plate and a lower sealing plate; a longitudinal rib plate is clamped between the left outer plate and the right outer plate; the front side edge of the left outer plate is welded to the left end face of the longitudinal rib plate; the front side edge of the right outer plate is welded to the right end face of the longitudinal rib plate; and grooves allowing the longitudinal rib plate to be inserted therein are formed in the upper sealing plate and thelower sealing plate. The ship stem structure can replace a solid steel casting structure; and therefore, on one hand, the weight of the ship stem structure is reduced, steel materials are saved, raw material cost is saved, outsourcing casting is not needed, and manufacturing cost is reduced; and on the other hand, a manufacturing period is shortened, and construction process is controllable.

    本发明公开了一种船舶艏柱结构及其制造方法,涉及船舶建造技术领域,船舶艏柱结构包括空心的框架构件,所述框架构件通过左侧外板、右侧外板、后横向舱壁板、上方封板以及下方封板围蔽而成;以及纵向筋板,所述纵向筋板夹于所述左侧外板和所述右侧外板之间,所述左侧外板前侧边与所述纵向筋板左端面焊接,所述右侧外板前侧边与所述纵向筋板右端面焊接,所述上方封板以及所述下方封板均开设有供纵向筋板插入的凹槽。本发明实施例的船舶艏柱结构可替代实心铸钢件结构,一方面,减轻了船舶艏柱结构重量,节约钢料,节约原料费用;且无需委外铸造,制作费用降低;其二,制作周期缩短,施工进程可控。
