The invention relates to a stem structure of an ice region type ship. The stem structure comprises semicircular steel, a steel casting, an outer plate, a platform plate and a rib plate. The steel casting is located in the head extremely sharp and thin area, and the semicircular steel is located in the general sharp and thin area. The uppermost end of the semicircular steel stem exceeds the upper ice strip line, and the lowermost end of the semicircular steel stem exceeds the lower ice strip line. The semicircular steel stem is supported by a platform or a rib plate. The diameter of the semicircular steel is 3-4 times of the thickness of the connected outer plate 3, the outer plate is welded to the two sides of the semicircular steel through deep penetration welding, a gap of 5-7 mm is reserved on the outermost side, and the outer surface of the stem is made to be smooth as much as possible by being filled with welding flux. The uppermost end or the lowermost end of the semicircular steel stem and the outer plate adopt an inserted transition form, and the semicircular steel end part is uniformly cut to the thickness of the outer plate. The steel casting is in transition butt joint with the semicircular steel, the platform plate and the rib plate. The stem structure of the transport ship in the ice region not only can meet the navigation requirement in the ice region, but also can meet the requirement of the sharp and thin head line type of the transport ship for the high navigational speed.
本发明涉及一种冰区型船的艏柱结构,包括半圆钢、铸钢件、外板、平台板和肋板。铸钢件在首部极尖瘦区域,半圆钢在一般尖瘦区域。半圆钢艏柱最上端超过上冰带线,半圆钢艏柱最下端超过下冰带线。半圆钢艏柱由平台或肋板支撑。半圆钢直径取相连外板3板厚的3~4倍,外板采用深熔焊焊到半圆钢两侧,最外侧留5~7mm间隙,用焊料填满使艏柱外表面尽量光顺。半圆钢艏柱最上端或最下端与外板采用插入式的过渡形式,半圆钢端部均匀切削至外板的板厚。铸钢件与半圆钢、平台板和肋板均采用过渡对接。本发明的冰区运输船的艏柱结构,既能适应冰区航行要求,又能满足运输船尖瘦型首部线型对较高航速的需求。
