The invention belongs to the field of mobile robots and relates to a four-wheel damping chassis for a mobile robot. The chassis comprises a bottom plate, driving wheels, driving motors, flange frames,limiting pieces, sliding rods and universal wheels; the front end and the rear end of the bottom plate are each provided with one universal wheel; the left side and the right side of the bottom plateare each provided with one flange frame; the driving motors are arranged on the flange frames respectively; the driving motors are connected with the corresponding driving wheels; each flange frame is in the shape of a Chinese character "ou"; the sliding rods are arranged on outward-protruding parts on the two sides of each flange frame; the lower ends of the sliding rods penetrate through the outward-protruding parts on the corresponding sides of the flange frames and then are fixedly connected with the bottom plate; nuts are arranged at the upper ends of the sliding rods; the sliding rods are sleeved with damping springs; the damping springs are arranged between the outward-protruding parts and the nuts; the limiting pieces shaped like Chinese character "tu" are arranged on the bottom plate; and the flange frames are arranged in the limiting pieces. With the chassis of the invention adopted, the mobile robot can run stably, and the vibration damping capability of the mobile robot isimproved.

    本发明涉及移动机器人领域,具体地说是一种移动机器人四轮减震底盘,包括底板、驱动轮、驱动电机、法兰架、限位片、滑杆和万向轮,所述底板前后端各设有一个万向轮,所述底板左右两侧各设有一个法兰架,每个法兰架上均设有驱动电机,且所述驱动电机与对应驱动轮相连,所述法兰架呈凸型,且所述法兰架两侧外凸部上均设有滑杆,所述滑杆下端穿过法兰架对应侧的外凸部后与所述底板固连,所述滑杆上端设有螺帽,在所述滑杆上套设有减震弹簧,且所述减震弹簧设于所述外凸部与螺帽之间,在所述底板上设有呈凹型的限位片,且所述法兰架置于所述限位片中。本发明使移动机器人运行平稳,且提高减振能力。
