The invention relates to an automatic pantograph of an underground rail transportation unmanned electric locomotive. The automatic pantograph is composed of a gas circuit power system, a pantograph system, an in-place detection system and the like; the gas circuit power system is composed of an electromagnetic valve and a pressure regulating valve; the electromagnetic valve is used for controllingthe output of power; the pressure regulating valve is used for regulating the magnitude of outputted power; the pantograph system is composed of a T-shaped pantograph and an air cylinder; the T-shaped pantograph contacts with an overhead line in a rolling shaft mode to provide electric energy; a bearing support is arranged in the middle of the T-shaped pantograph, the pantograph can swing freely;a balance weight is additionally arranged at the bottom of the pantograph; the air cylinder is automatically adjusted, so that the lifting of the pantograph is achieved; the air cylinder is a double-acting air cylinder and is gentle in action and timely in response; the in-place detection system sends the pantograph rising and falling state of the pantograph to a server in real time through a high-precision sensor, so as to realize remote monitoring. The T-shaped pantograph is adopted, and therefore, the pantograph is simple in structure and low in maintenance amount; and the pantograph is operated through remote automatic control, so that manpower is saved, and therefore, production efficiency can be greatly improved.

    本发明是一种高可靠自动受电弓系统,由气路动力系统、受电弓系统、到位检测系统等构成。本发明涉及的气路动力系统由电磁阀和调压阀组成,电磁阀用来控制动力的输出,调压阀对输出的动力大小进行调节;受电弓系统由T字受电弓和气缸组成,T字受电弓通过滚轴的方式接触架线来提供电能,中间配有轴承支架,使受电弓可以自由摆动,底部加有配重,自动调节气缸,实现受电弓升降;气缸为复动型气缸,动作平缓,响应及时;到位检测系统通过高精度传感器将受电弓升降弓状态实时发送到服务器,实现远程监控。本发明采用T字型受电弓,结构简单,维护量低,并通过远程自动控制对其进行操作,节省人力,可以大大的提高生产效率。
