The invention belongs to the technical field of electric excavators and relates to an anti-vibration and anti-collision mounting structure for the lithium battery pack of electric engineering machinery. The anti-vibration and anti-collision mounting structure comprises a frame, a battery rack and a rear back plate; the frame is fixedly connected with an electric excavator; the tail part of the frame is horizontally and fixedly connected with a bottom plate; a front vertical plate is vertically arranged at the tail part of the frame; the bottom of the front vertical plate is fixedly connected with the tail part of the frame; a plurality of battery mounting plates are arranged on the battery rack from top to bottom; the bottom of the battery rack is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the bottom plate; the front portion of the battery rack is fixedly connected with the rear surface of the front vertical plate; the front surface of the rear back plate is fixedly connected with therear portion of the battery rack; and the bottom of the rear back plate is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the bottom plate; the front vertical plate, the rear back plate and the bottom plate form a U-shaped structure through which the battery rack can be reliably connected and fixed; and therefore, various problems of poor vibration resistance, impact resistance, extrusion resistance, heat dissipation requirement and the like of the lithium battery pack can be effectively solved; and various common operation working conditions of the whole machine can be met through verification.

    本发明涉及电动挖掘机技术领域,尤其涉及一种电动工程机械锂电池组抗振、防撞安装结构,包括车架、电池架和后部背板,所述车架和电动挖掘机固定连接,车架的尾部水平固定连接有底板,车架的尾部竖直设置有前立板,前立板的底部和车架的尾部固定连接,电池架上从上至下还设置有多个电池安装板,电池架的底部和底板的上表面固定连接,电池架前部和前立板后表面固定连接,后部背板的前表面和电池架后部固定连接,后部背板的底部和底板的上表面固定连接。前立板、后部背板和底板形成U型结构,该结构将电池架可靠连接固定,可以有效解决锂电池组自身抗振性差、怕冲击、怕挤压、需要散热等各种问题,经验证能够满足整机各种常用作业工况。
