The invention discloses a battery pack mounting anti-collision structure and a light electric vehicle adopting the structure. According to the battery pack mounting anti-collision structure, a first mounting crossbeam and a second mounting crossbeam used for mounting a battery pack are arranged near a vehicle rear floor middle crossbeam; the first mounting crossbeam, the rear floor middle crossbeam and the second mounting crossbeam are welded and fixed through battery pack middle strengthening beams perpendicular to the first mounting crossbeam, the rear floor middle crossbeam and the second mounting crossbeam, so as to play excellent fixing and strengthening roles. The original rear floor middle crossbeam of a vehicle rear floor is used as a horizontal strengthening beam of the battery pack mounting anti-collision structure, so that the original structure of the vehicle body is effectively utilized, the strength of the battery pack mounting anti-collision structure is improved, and the anti-collision safety of the battery pack mounting structure is improved.
