The invention provides a method for identifying rail vehicle wheel set defects by using a voiceprint AI technology, which uses the AI technology to find common voiceprint characteristics in a large number of fault audio samples, so that the method is very sensitive to internal defects of some wheel sets; an on-line detection mode is adopted, and each train number and each locomotive can be detected in the normal operation process; the wheel set detection frequency is several times or even dozens of times that of a manual monitoring mode, a system operates in a full-automatic mode, manual intervention is not needed, working hours are greatly reduced, and the labor intensity of maintainers is reduced; faults can be automatically recorded and alarmed when found, maintainers are informed to handle the faults in time, accidents are choked in the bud, and the running safety of vehicles is greatly improved. The problems that an existing wheel set defect detection method in the railway industry is too long in period, cannot meet the train maintenance requirement in the running state all the time and is prone to missing detection are solved.

    本发明提供了一种利用声纹AI技术识别轨道车辆轮对缺陷的方法,利用AI技术在大量的故障音频样本中找到共同的声纹特征,使得对一些轮对内部缺陷也十分敏感;采用在线检测的方式,每个车次、每台机车,在正常运行的过程中,都会得到检测;本发明使得轮对检测频率是人工监测方式的几倍乃至几十倍系统全自动运行,不需要人工干预,大大减少工时,降低检修人员劳动强度;发现故障能够自动记录并报警,通知检修人员及时处理,将事故扼杀在萌芽状态,大大提高车辆运行安全性。解决了现有铁路行业针对轮对缺陷检测方法存在的周期过长,不能满足时刻处于运行状况中的列车检修要求及其容易出现发生漏检的问题。
