The invention discloses an offshore wind power inspection system and a working method thereof and belongs to the technical field of offshore wind power operation and maintenance. The system comprisesa plug-in hybrid power inspection ship and a fixed charging device arranged on an offshore wind turbine foundation, wherein a solar energy storage panel arranged on the plug-in hybrid power inspectionship can provide power through light energy, a wireless charging receiving end can be used for charging, and a fuel engine can further be used for directly driving the inspection ship, moreover, an energy storage device can store electric energy through a photovoltaic panel assembly at ordinary times. Based on complexity of offshore operation, various energy sources are adopted to guarantee safety and stability of wind power inspection operation, so the inspection ship can use various weather conditions, the cruising ability during inspection operation is improved, working efficiency is improved, the utilization rate of the energy sources is increased, energy consumption is reduced, and the inspection ship is economical and environment-friendly.

    本发明公开的一种海上风电巡检系统及其工作方法,属于海上风电运维技术领域。包括插电式混合动力巡检船和设在海上风机基础上的固定充电装置,在插电式混合动力巡检船上配备的太阳能蓄能板能够利用光能提供动力,并且能够利用无线充电接收端进行充电,还能够利用燃油发动机直接驱动巡检船;同时,蓄能装置平时也能够通过光伏板组件进行电能的储存。基于海上作业的复杂性,采用多种能源保障了风电巡检作业的安全性和稳定性,使巡检船能使用各种天气状况,提升了巡检作业时的续航能力,提高了工作效率,提高了能源的利用率,降低了能源消耗,经济环保。
