The invention discloses an offshore wind turbine hoisting device and a hoisting method thereof. The offshore wind turbine hoisting device comprises a base, a hoisting frame, a clamping assembly, a first rope winding and unwinding assembly, a first rope, a second rope winding and unwinding assembly and a second rope. The hanging bracket is arranged on the base. The clamping assembly is used for clamping the offshore wind turbine. The first rope winding and unwinding assembly is arranged on the base. The first rope is connected to the first rope collecting and releasing assembly in a retractable mode, and one end of the first rope is connected with the upper end of the clamping assembly after passing through the upper end of the hanging bracket in a winding mode so that the offshore wind turbine clamped by the clamping assembly can be lifted when the first rope is collected. The second rope winding and unwinding assembly is arranged on the base. The second rope is connected to the second rope winding and unwinding assembly in a winding and unwinding mode, one end of the second rope is connected with the lower end of the clamping assembly, and the second rope is used for being wound up to tension the clamping assembly when the hoisted offshore wind turbine swings. The suspended offshore wind turbine is not prone to large-amplitude swing, the collision risk is low when the offshore wind turbine is hoisted, and safety is high.

    本发明公开海上风机吊装装置及其吊装方法,包括一底座、一吊架、一夹持组件、一第一收放绳组件、一第一绳线、一第二收放绳组件和一第二绳线。吊架下端设在底座。夹持组件用于夹持海上风机。第一收放绳组件设在底座。第一绳线可收放地连接在第一收放绳组件,且一端绕设经过吊架上端后与夹持组件的上端相连,以在被收起时将夹持组件夹持的海上风机吊起。第二收放绳组件设在底座。第二绳线可收放地连接在第二收放绳组件,且一端与夹持组件的下端相连,用于在吊起的海上风机摇摆时被收起以将夹持组件拉紧。本发明使得悬吊的海上风机不容易发生大幅度摇摆,海上风机吊装时碰撞风险低,安全性高。
