The trolley comprises a trolley body, wherein end frames are arranged in front of and behind the trolley body, a transverse frame is arranged in the middle of the trolley body, a chassis is arranged below the trolley body, pin shaftsare arranged at two ends of the end frames, vertical frames are hinged to outsides of the pin shafts, wheels are arranged on one rods of the vertical frames, a connecting rod is hinged to the other rod of the vertical frames, a T-shaped rod is hinged to the connecting rod, a fixing rod is arranged on the T-shaped rod, a stepped shaft is arranged on an end frame, the fixing rod is hinged to the stepped shaft, a transmission rod is hinged to an upper portion of the stepped shaft, and a rotating device is arranged at the other end of the transmission rod. The trolley is advantaged in that through hinging of a plurality of rods, one motor controls steering of front wheels and rear wheels, and through arrangement of a visual sensor, external signals are received, so secondary development is facilitated.
