The invention discloses a rail movement flaw detection online monitoring system and relates to the field of special equipment nondestructive testing. The system comprises a plurality of same detectiondevices which are communicated with each other and are arranged at the bottom of a train, above a rail and/or between wheels, wherein the detection device comprises a controller, and a temperature sensor, a speed sensor, a thermal excitation source, an infrared probe and an image processing system which are connected with the controller, the controller is used for adjusting an angle of the infrared probe and the power of the thermal excitation source according to the train running speed information detected by the speed sensor and the detected rail surface temperature information detected bythe temperature sensor, the image processing system is used for carrying out image segmentation of the infrared image, captured by the infrared probe, of a surface of the detected track, determining an existing defect area, a missing detection area and a suspected defect area on the detected track, and providing a judgment basis for defect reinspection of detection equipment at the rear position of the train. The system is advantaged in that defect detection can be completed in a full-automatic mode in the train running process.

    本发明公开了一种轨道移动探伤在线监测系统,涉及特种设备无损检测领域,包括多个相同、相互通信且安装在列车底部、轨道上方和/或车轮之间的检测设备;检测设备包括控制器及与控制器连接的温度传感器、速度传感器、热激励源、红外探头和图像处理系统;控制器用于根据速度传感器检测的列车行驶速度信息和温度传感器检测的被测轨道表面温度信息,调整红外探头角度和热激励源功率;图像处理系统用于对红外探头捕捉的被测轨道表面红外图像进行图像分割,确定被测轨道上的已有缺陷区域、漏检区域和疑似缺陷区域,为列车靠后位置的检测设备,进行缺陷复检提供判断依据。本发明能够在列车行驶过程中即全自动化的完成缺陷的检测。
