The invention provides an efficient double-fan heat management system liquid cooling device. The device comprises a shell, a first fan, a second fan and a condenser, wherein the condenser is installedin the internal space of the shell, the first fan and the second fan are installed outside the shell, ventilation directions of the first fan and the second fan intersect in the shell, an included angle ranges from 80 degrees to 135 degrees, the condenser is integrally bent to be in an L shape, two folded edges forming the L-shaped condenser are close to the first fan and the second fan respectively, and surfaces of the two folded edges of the condenser perpendicularly intersect with the ventilation wind direction of the first fan and the ventilation wind direction of the second fan respectively. The device is advantaged in that by optimizing the arrangement mode of the double fans and combining the shape improvement of the condenser, the position relation between the condenser and the fans and the side wall hanging mode of other parts, the space is shrunk as much as possible for use, moreover, the performance of a liquid cooling device of a thermal management system is guaranteed, compared with other double-fan liquid cooling devices, performance is equivalent, the size can be reduced by more than 30%, material consumption is reduced, and cost is saved.

    本发明提供了一种高效双扇热管理系统液冷装置,包括壳体、第一风扇、第二风扇、冷凝器,冷凝器安装于壳体内部空间,第一风扇和第二风扇安装于壳体外,第一风扇和第二风扇各自的通风风向在壳体内部相交,且夹角在80度至135之间;冷凝器整体弯折呈L型,构成L型冷凝器的两折边分别与第一风扇和第二风扇相临近,且冷凝器的两折边的表面分别与第一风扇、第二风扇各自的通风风向垂直相交。本发明通过优化双风扇排布方式,并结合冷凝器的形状改进及与风扇的位置关系,以及其他部件侧壁挂的方式,尽量收缩空间使用,同时保证热管理系统液冷装置的性能;相较其他双风扇的液冷装置性能相当,体积却可缩减30%以上,减少了材料使用,节省了成本。
