The invention discloses an independent advancing steering wheel set. The wheel set comprises a shell, an advancing mechanism, a steering mechanism and a differential mechanism, wherein the advancing mechanism comprises a driving motor and a transmission spline shaft, an upper portion of the transmission spline shaft is located in the shell, a lower end of the transmission spline shaft is fixedly connected with an input shaft of a differential, two output shafts of the differential are connected with advancing wheels respectively, the driving motor is fixedly installed at the top of the shell,an output shaft of the driving motor is fixedly connected with an upper end of the transmission spline shaft, the steering mechanism comprises a steering motor, a worm gear, a worm and a steering sleeve, the worm gear is arranged in shell and is rotatably sleeved on the transmission spline shaft, the worm gear is meshed with the worm, the steering motor is fixedly installed on an outer side wall of the shell, an output shaft of the steering motor extends into the shell and is fixedly connected with one end of the worm, the steering sleeve is arranged on the transmission spline shaft in a sleeving mode, an upper end of the steering sleeve is fixedly connected with a lower end of the worm gear, and a lower end of the steering sleeve is fixedly connected with the differential. The wheel set is advantaged in that steering and driving are independent of each other, and the robot can flexibly and freely move on the complex ground.

    本发明公开了一种独立行进转向轮组,包括外壳、行进机构、转向机构和差速器;行进机构包括驱动电机、传动花键轴,传动花键轴的上部位于外壳内,其下端与差速器的输入轴固定连接,差速器的两输出轴分别连接有行进轮,驱动电机固定安装于外壳顶部,其输出轴与传动花键轴的上端固定连接;转向机构包括转向电机、蜗轮、蜗杆和转向套筒,蜗轮设置于外壳内,并可转动地套接于传动花键轴上,蜗杆与蜗轮啮合,转向电机固定安装于外壳的外侧壁,其输出轴伸入外壳内,并与蜗杆的一端固定连接,转向套筒套设于传动花键轴上,转向套筒的上端与蜗轮的下端固定连接,下端差速器固定连接。本发明转向和驱动相互独立,可以在复杂的地面上运动灵活自如。
