The invention provides a non-inflatable wheel based on a negative poisson ratio structure. The non-inflatable wheel comprises a hub, a negative poisson ratio supporting body and an outer tire surface,wherein the negative poisson ratio supporting body is installed on the outer side of the hub in a surrounding mode, an outer tread is installed on the outer side of the negative poisson ratio supporting body, in a surrounding mode, the hub is a flat-bottom rim, spokes and mounting holes are the same as those of a hub in the prior art, the negative poisson ratio supporting body has the elastic deformation capacity, the outer tread is made of low-rolling-resistance rubber, and the tread is provided with patterns for increasing friction force. The non-inflatable wheel is advantaged in that the negative poisson ratio supporting body is adopted for replacing a pneumatic tire part, the supporting effect can be achieved, requirements for vibration reduction and energy absorption can be met, theoverall mass of the wheel is reduced, smoothness of an automobile is guaranteed, the structure is simple, and manufacturing is convenient.
本发明提供一种基于负泊松比结构的非充气车轮,包括轮毂、负泊松比支撑体和外胎面。负泊松比支撑体环绕安装在轮毂外侧,外胎面环绕安装在负泊松比支撑体外侧。轮毂采用平底轮辋,轮辐与安装孔与现有的轮毂相同,负泊松比支撑体具有弹性变形能力,外胎面采用低滚阻橡胶,胎面具有增大摩擦力的花纹。本发明的技术方案采用负泊松比支撑体替代充气轮胎部分,既能起到支撑作用,又能够满足减振吸能的要求,而且降低了车轮整体质量,保证了汽车的平顺性,结构简单,便于制造。
