The invention discloses a gradient negative Poisson's ratio non-pneumatic tire rigidity prediction method which comprises the following steps: creating a negative Poisson's ratio non-pneumatic tire model in finite element simulation analysis software, setting material attributes of a negative Poisson's ratio non-pneumatic tire, carrying out grid division on the model, establishing a static force general analysis step in an analysis step module of the software, and carrying out static force general analysis on the negative Poisson's ratio non-pneumatic tire. Setting load and boundary conditions; carrying out static simulation analysis on the non-pneumatic tire, and researching the influence of structural parameters on the performance of the negative Poisson's ratio non-pneumatic tire; carrying out sensitivity analysis on the rigidity of the tire according to four structural parameters of the tire, namely the gradient of the support body, the thickness of the support body, the thickness of the tread and the thickness of the reinforcing layer; establishing a BP neural network model to predict the radial rigidity of the tire; according to the method, the relationship between the structural parameters of the negative Poisson's ratio non-pneumatic tire and the radial stiffness of the tire is searched by utilizing the BP neural network, the radial stiffness value can be quickly and accurately predicted, the step of finite element simulation analysis and calculation is omitted, and the efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种梯度负泊松比非充气轮胎刚度预测方法,包括以下步骤,在有限元仿真分析软件中创建负泊松比非充气轮胎模型,设置负泊松比非充气轮胎的材料属性,对模型进行网格划分,在软件的分析步模块中建立静力通用分析步,设置载荷和边界条件;对非充气轮胎进行静力学仿真分析,研究结构参数对负泊松比非充气轮胎性能的影响;对支撑体梯度、支撑体厚度、胎面厚度和加强层厚度这四个轮胎的结构参数对轮胎刚度进行灵敏度分析;建立BP神经网络模型预测轮胎径向刚度;本发明利用BP神经网络寻找负泊松比非充气轮胎的结构参数与轮胎径向刚度之间的关系,能快速且准确地预测出径向刚度值,省去了进行有限元仿真分析计算步骤,大大提高了效率。
