The invention discloses a non-contact throwing device for a GNSS monitoring terminal of a high-risk deformable body. The device comprises a multi-rotor flying platform; the multi-rotor flying platformis electrically connected with a power supply module; the multi-rotor flying platform is further connected with a three-axis photographing holder, a distance sensor, a load pod hanging buckle, an airborne RTK differential module, an aircraft communication radio station and a self-pilot module. The three-axis photographing holder is connected with a real-time image transmission camera; the load pod hanging buckle is connected with a GNSS monitoring terminal all-in-one machine or an aerial photography sensor; and the aerial photography sensor, the three-axis photographing holder, the airborne RTK differential module, the aircraft communication radio station, the distance sensor and the load pod hanging buckle are electrically connected with a self-driving instrument module. According to theinvention, problems of high safety risk and long period of manually arranging the GNSS monitoring terminal on the site of the high-risk deformable body in the prior art are solved.
