The invention discloses reciprocating cantilever carrying equipment. A synchronous wheel driving mechanism is arranged above a lifting mechanism and below cantilever linkage telescopic mechanisms, thecantilever linkage telescopic mechanisms are horizontally and symmetrically installed above the synchronous wheel driving mechanism and are in transmission connection with the synchronous wheel driving mechanism, a supporting mechanism is fixed on the ground, and a square integral structure is formed. The synchronous wheel driving mechanism and the lifting mechanism are arranged in the square. Amotor of the lifting mechanism is installed on the synchronous wheel driving mechanism, the lifting mechanism is in up-and-down transmission fit with the supporting mechanism, and the synchronous wheel driving mechanism and the cantilever linkage telescopic mechanisms are driven to move up and down simultaneously during lifting. According to the equipment, the occupied area is small, a multilayertelescopic design is adopted, and the problem of interference of installation interfaces between devices is solved; a lifting structure and a translation mechanism can realize lifting and translationmovement of equipment; and the manufacturing cost is low. By means of automatic control, material carrying can be realized, accurate positioning is realized, operation is stable and reliable, and theadvantages can be reflected more particularly in heavy-load carrying application.

    一种往复式悬臂搬运设备,同步轮驱动机构安装于升降机构上面,悬臂联动伸缩机构下面,悬臂联动伸缩机构水平对称安装于同步轮驱动机构上面,与同步轮驱动机构传动连接,支撑机构固定于地面,构成一个口字形的整体结构,同步轮驱动机构、升降机构置于口字形内,升降机构的电机安装于同步轮驱动机构上,升降机构与支撑机构上下传动配合,升降时带动同步轮驱动机构、悬臂联动伸缩机构同时上下运动。本发明占地面积小,采用了多层伸缩设计,解决了设备之间安装接口干涉的难题;升降结构与平移机构可以实现设备的升降与平移运动;制造成本低。本发明通过自动化控制,能够实现物料搬运,实现精准定位,运行稳定可靠,尤其是在重载搬运应用中,更能体现出其优势。
