The invention discloses an intelligent scribing shaft system. The system comprises a controller; a plurality of decoders; a plurality of relay groups; the input ends of the sockets are connected withthe output end of the relay set, and the output ends of the sockets are connected with a voltage measuring hole, corresponding to one magnetic head, of a VESBA board of an indoor arithmetic unit of the AzS350U axle counting system; and the socket is used for receiving and executing the control signal from the controller so as to output an axis marking signal to the voltage measuring hole. The invention discloses an intelligent scribing shaft system. Operators can directly perform shaft drawing operation in each area without going to the site for shaft drawing, the labor intensity of the operators is reduced to a great extent, the shaft counting fault processing time is shortened, the size and the weight of equipment can be effectively reduced through the circuit design, and compared with atraditional shaft drawing plate, the burden of the operators can be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种智能划轴系统,包括:控制器;多个译码器;多个继电器组;多个插座,所述插座的输入端与所述继电器组的输出端连接,所述插座的输出端与AzS350U计轴系统室内运算单元的VESBA板的对应于一个磁头的电压测量孔连接;所述插座用于接收并执行来自所述控制器的控制信号,以对所述电压测量孔输出划轴信号。通过本智能划轴系统,操作人员可以直接实施各个区域的划轴操作,不需要去到现场进行划轴,很大程度上减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,缩短了计轴故障处理时间,且其电路设计可以有效减小设备的体积和重量,相对于传统的划轴板,可以减轻操作人员的负担。
