The invention discloses a device and a method for measuring braking slip distance of a crane. The device comprises a brake wheel, brake shoes, a brake shoe control device and a brake wheel rotation metering device; one side of the brake wheel is connected with an output shaft of an electromotor; the brake shoes are used for achieving braking of the brake wheel; the brake shoe control device is used for controlling the opening and closing of the brake shoes; and the brake wheel rotation metering device is used for measuring the rotation circles of the brake wheel in a braking process of the crane. When a lifting mechanism of the crane starts to brake, the brake wheel is tightly held by the brake shoes; rolling wheels are used for driving a positive electrode and a negative electrode to be connected; a counter starts counting; when the braking of the crane is ended, the brake wheel stops rotating; the numerical value on the counter is namely the pulse number n3 recorded after contractionof a brake; the medium diameter of a coiling block is set as D, the reduction ratio of a speed reducer is set as n, the multiplying power of a movable pully block is set as mu, the quantity of reflective stripes is n1, and the braking slip distance is FORMULA. The device disclosed by the invention is simple in structure and convenient and quick to operate; an operator does not need to be familiarwith an electric circuit of the crane; and the measurement safety is high.

    本发明公开了一种起重机制动下滑量测量装置和方法,装置包括制动轮、闸瓦、闸瓦控制装置、制动轮转动计量装置,制动轮的一侧与电动机的输出轴连接,闸瓦用于实现对制动轮的制动,闸瓦控制装置用于控制闸瓦的开闭,制动轮转动计量装置用于计量起重机制动过程制动轮转动的圈数。当起重机起升机构开始制动时,闸瓦抱紧制动轮,滚轮带动正电极和负电极闭合,计数器开始计数,当起重机制动完成时,制动轮停止转动,计数器上的数值即为制动器抱闸后记录的脉冲数n3,设卷筒中径为D,减速器的减速比为n,动滑轮组倍率为μ,反光条数量为n1,制动下滑量值为:本发明结构简单、操作方便快捷,操作人员无需对起重机电气线路熟悉且测量安全性高。
