The out-cabin pipeline comprises a cabin washing main pipe and a plurality of cargo oil conveying pipes; the in-cabin pipeline comprises a plurality of cabin washing branch pipes, an isolating valve, a plurality of cabin washing machines, a connecting pipe, a cabin washing valve, a cargo oil pump and a cargo oil valve; and the isolating valve is arranged on the cabin washing branch pipe, the cabin washing machine is arranged at the tail end of the cabin washing branch pipe, the cabin washing valve is arranged on the connecting pipe, the cargo oil valve and the cargo oil pump are both arranged on the cargo oil conveyingpipe, one end of the connecting pipe is connected with the cabin washing branch pipe, and the other end of the connecting pipe is connected with the cargo oil conveying pipe and arranged between the cargo oil valve and the cargo oil pump. Due to the fact that two sets of pipelines including the out-cabin pipeline and the in-cabin pipeline are arranged, all the in-cabin pipelines operate independently, cabin washing media in different cabins cannot be mixed, the problem of pipeline pollution does not exist, cleaning operation of all the cabins can be conducted at the same time, and the cleaningefficiency is high.
