A power supply arm is divided into a section 1 and a section 2; the self-impedance of the uplink contact line T1 is ZT1, the self-impedance of the downlink contact line T2 is ZT2, and the mutual impedance of the double-line direct supply contact network is ZTT; when the train is at the head end of the power supply arm of the section 1, the head end voltage and the tail end voltage of the uplink contact line T1 ofthe section 1, the current of the uplink contact line T1, the head end voltage and the tail end voltage of the downlink contact line T2 and the current of the downlink contact line T2 are synchronously measured; and when the train is at the tail end of the power supply arm of the section 1, the head end voltage and the tail end voltage of the uplink contact line T1 of the section 1, the current of the uplink contact line T1, the head end voltage and the tail end voltage of the downlink contact line T2 and the current of the downlink contact line T2 synchronously measured. The electrical performance change trend of the contact network section can be recorded and judged by using the difference between the virtual impedance and the virtual impedance theoretical value.
