The invention relates to a multi-point supporting mounting construction technology for truss structural steelwork. The multi-point supporting mounting construction technology for truss structural steelwork adopts mounting construction equipment which comprises a supporting device, hosting devices and carrying devices. The hosting devices are uniformly mounted on the upper end surface of the innerside of the supporting device, and the carrying devices are symmetrically mounted on the lower end surface of the inner side of the supporting device. The process can solve the problems that in an existing truss structural steelwork construction processing technology, the work efficiency is low and a truss steel structure is poor in integrity as the single steel structure is mounted by way of hoisting and welding, and the service performance of the steel structure is reduced as a deformation crack is easily generated at an elbow of the integrated truss steel structure because of being lack ofa supporting structure at the elbow structure when the integrated truss steel structure is mounted and hoisted and the like.

    本发明涉及一种桁架钢结构工程多点支撑式安装施工工艺,该桁架钢结构工程多点支撑式安装施工工艺采用如下安装施工设备,该安装施工设备包括支撑装置、吊装装置和承托装置;所述的支撑装置内侧上端面上均匀安装有吊装装置,支撑装置内侧下端面上对称安装有承托装置。本发明可以解决现有的桁架钢结构施工处理工艺,通常采用单钢结构吊升焊接的方式进行安装,工作效率低,且桁架钢结构一体性差,而且现有的桁架钢结构施工处理工艺,对于一体性桁架钢结构进行安装吊升时,对于其弯头结构处缺少支撑结构,使一体性桁架钢结构弯头处易产生变形裂缝,降低钢结构使用性能等问题。
