The invention discloses an installation method of a stern section energy-saving device. The stern section comprises an upper steel casting and a lower ship body; the energy-saving device comprises anenergy-saving device body and other assemblies. The installation method of the energy-saving device mainly includes installation of the energy-saving device in the stern section stage. The installation method comprises the main steps of: assembling and welding the upper steel casting and the lower ship body to form the stern section, manufacturing a supporting tool, hoisting the energy-saving device body to the stern section, and installing other assemblies of the energy-saving device. Through the steps, the problems of low installation precision and poor performance of the energy-saving device can be effectively solved. According to the installation method, the energy-saving device originally installed in the dock carrying stage is installed in the stern section stage in advance, the workload of an aerial work area is reduced, the construction environment is improved, the installation precision and performance of the energy-saving device are effectively improved, and the installationmethod provided by the invention is suitable for installation of the energy-saving devices of various large container ships.

    本发明公开了一种艉部分段节能装置的安装方法,艉部分段包括上段铸钢件和下段船体,节能装置包括节能装置本体及其他组件,该节能装置的安装方法主要是在艉部分段阶段安装节能装置,本发明的主要步骤包括将上段铸钢件和下段船体装焊形成艉部分段、制作支撑工装、吊装节能装置本体至艉部分段上及安装节能装置的其他组件。通过上述步骤可以有效地解决节能装置的安装精度低及性能差的问题,本发明通过将原在船坞搭载阶段安装的节能装置,提前到艉部分段阶段安装,减少了高空作业区的工作量,改善了施工环境,有效改善了节能装置的安装精度及性能,本发明提供的安装方法适用于多种大型集装箱船的节能装置的安装。
