The invention discloses a PR jitter suppression method based on stationary point calibration. The PR jitter suppression method comprises the following steps: obtaining the real-time rotating speed ofa motor; determining a jitter frequency interval in the running process of the vehicle without any jitter suppression; obtaining the real-time jitter frequency of the rotating speed of the motor through a stationary point calculation method according to the real-time rotating speed of the motor and the jitter frequency interval; designing a PR proportional resonance filter according to the motor rotating speed real-time jitter frequency, and obtaining a motor rotating speed jitter amount through the PR proportional resonance filter; and compensating the request torque sent by a vehicle controlunit according to the motor rotating speed jitter amount so as to suppress jitter. The jitter suppression method disclosed by the invention can effectively suppress jitter occurring in the running process of the whole vehicle, enhances the stability of the vehicle, improves the driving experience of a user, is suitable for each speed stage in the running process of the whole vehicle, and is widein application range.
本发明公开了一种基于驻点标定的PR抑抖方法,包括下列步骤:获取电机实时转速;确定不作任何抑抖的车辆运行过程中的抖动频率区间;根据所述电机实时转速和抖动频率区间通过驻点计算的方法获取电机转速实时抖动频率;根据所述电机转速实时抖动频率设计PR比例谐振滤波器,通过PR比例谐振滤波器获取电机转速抖动量;根据所述电机转速抖动量对整车控制器发送的请求扭矩进行补偿,以抑制抖动。本发明公开的抑抖方法能够有效抑制整车运行过程中出现的抖动,增强了汽车的平稳性,提高了用户的驾驶体验,同时该方法适用于整车运行过程中各个速度阶段,适用范围广。
