The invention discloses an urban intersection traffic management platform based on the Internet. The platform comprises an intersection traffic management module, a police management login module, anaccident management module, an illegal behavior recording module and a user login module. The user login module comprises a 5G network connection vehicle and a GPS navigation vehicle. The police management login port comprises a mobile terminal and a PC terminal, the input end of the accident management module is connected with the output end of the traffic management information base, and the output end of the accident management module is connected with the intersection traffic management module and the illegal behavior recording module. According to the urban intersection traffic managementplatform based on the Internet, information of passing vehicles is stored and transmitted to a central processing system, the number and the total length of vehicles leading to the next intersectionin unit time are calculated, the working time of the traffic lights of the intersection to be reached is controlled, the state of the intersection can be published to all vehicles with a 5G network through the information publishing module, and the congestion condition of the congested intersection is relieved.

    本发明公开了基于互联网的城市路口交通管理平台,包括路口交通管理模块、警用管理登入口模块、事故管理模块、违法行为记录模块和用户登入模块,所述用户登入模块包括5G网络连接车辆和GPS导航车辆,所述警用管理登入口包括移动端和PC端,所述事故管理模块的输入端与交管信息库的输出端相连接,所述事故管理的输出端分别与路口交通管理模块和违法行为记录模块相连接。该基于互联网的城市路口交通管理平台通过将所经过的车辆的信息存储下来,传输到中央处理系统,算出单位时间内通往下一个路口的车辆数量和总长度,控制即将到达的十字路口的红绿灯的工作时间,并且可将路口的状态通过信息发布模块发布至所有具备5G网络的车辆,缓解拥堵路口堵塞情况。
