The multi-rotor aircraft body structure comprises a multi-rotor aircraft frame. The power system comprises a multi-rotor motor, a propeller and an electronic speed controller. A magnetic compass, an accelerometer, an angular rate sensor, an air pressure sensor and a GPS module are arranged in the navigation control system; automatic take-off and landing and heading flight can be achieved, stability augmentation and dynamic speed control modes are achieved, and switching control of an operator is facilitated. The ship-borne mooring multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicle system is high in wind resistance and convenient to take off and land.
