The invention relates to an aircraft steering engine mounting structure and an assembling method thereof. The aircraft steering engine mounting structure comprises a steering engine bracket, a bearingand a coupling pin, the steering engine is connected with one end of the steering engine support, and the other end of the steering engine support is connected with an aircraft local shell. A ruddershaft of the rudder surface sequentially penetrates through an open hole and a bearing in the aircraft local shell and then is connected to a steering engine output shaft in a sleeving mode, and the rudder shaft and the steering engine output shaft are in positioning connection through a coupling pin; the steering engine support is of a support structure with two installation end faces, a throughhole is formed in one installation end face, an annular boss is arranged on the outer side of the other installation end face, the installation end face provided with the annular boss is used for being connected with a local shell of an aircraft, and the inner wall of the annular boss is used for installing a bearing. The through hole is used for being matched with a boss at the rear end of the steering engine output shaft for limiting, and the rudder shaft part of the rudder surface and the steering engine output shaft are installed in the space between the two installation end faces.
本发明涉及一种飞行器舵机安装结构及其装配方法,结构包括舵机支架、轴承、联轴销钉;舵机与舵机支架一端连接,舵机支架另一端与飞行器局部壳体连接;舵面的舵轴依次穿过所述的飞行器局部壳体上的开孔、轴承后套接在舵机输出轴上,舵轴及舵机输出轴之间通过联轴销钉进行定位连接;所述的舵机支架为具有两个安装端面的支架结构,其中一个安装端面上设置通孔,另一安装端面外侧设置环形凸台,设置环形凸台的安装端面用于与飞行器局部壳体连接,所述环形凸台的内壁用于安装轴承;所述通孔用于与舵机输出轴后端凸台进行配合限位,舵面的舵轴部分与舵机输出轴在两个安装端面之间的空间内完成安装。
