The invention provides a novel full-automatic positioning buoy device and a using method thereof, and relates to the field of water conservancy. According to the novel full-automatic positioning buoydevice and the using method thereof, the device comprises a main buoy body, a circular plate is fixedly connected to the bottom of the main buoy body, two symmetrically-arranged side wing plates are fixedly connected to the outer surface of the main buoy body, a rudder-like empennage is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the main buoy body, and a position recording device is fixedly installed in the main buoy body. According to the novel full-automatic positioning buoy device and the using method thereof, the defects that a common buoy flow measuring method is inaccurate and depends onmanpower are overcome, the characteristic that RTK can record the position in real time is utilized, the average flow velocity of the water surface within the range of 10 cm of the water surface is automatically measured in real time, and the accuracy of water flow surface flow velocity measurement can be improved; meanwhile, the buoy floats on the water surface by about 1 cm, a calibration markercan be provided for water surface flow measurement or video flow measurement of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the efficiency of water flow surface flow velocity monitoring is effectively improved.

    本发明提供一种新型全自动定位浮标装置及其使用方法,涉及水利领域。该新型全自动定位浮标装置及其使用方法,包括主体浮筒,所述主体浮筒的底部固定连接有圆形板,所述主体浮筒的外表面固定连接有两个对称设置的侧翼板,所述主体浮筒的外表面固定连接有仿船舵尾翼,所述主体浮筒的内部固定安装有位置记录装置。该新型全自动定位浮标装置及其使用方法,解决了普通浮标测流法不准确且依赖人力的缺点,利用RTK可实时记录位置的特点,实时自动测量水面10cm范围内的水面平均流速,可以提高水流表面流速测量的准确率;同时本发明的浮标浮在水面上1cm左右,可为无人机水面测流或视频测流提供标定标志物,有效提高水流表面流速监测的高效性。
